- Contributed to every stage of the project from user experience design to UI testing
- Analyzed current UX and associated usability issues
- Created UX design to solve existing usability issues for device and desktop email setup applications (quicker setup of popular email addresses (Yahoo, Google) and more intuitive OWA and POP/IMAP account setup)
- Updated error messages to include specific error causes and steps to address the problems
- Presented UX proposals to product and development teams
- Conducted usability testing (created users session plans, ran user sessions, collected the data, analyzed the findings, created recommendations to improve user experience, presented results of the studies to the product and development groups)
- Collaborated with user research group and provided test plans and clickable prototypes that were tested with external participants
